The information systems and software procedures required to operate this website collect some personal data, which is automatically transmitted when using the Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected in order to identify the relevant user, although – by processing and assigning the data of third parties – based on the nature of the data it would be possible.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users accessing the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of the resources, the time of the request, the request method to the server, the size of the file received in response, the number code of the status of the response provided by the server (successfully completed, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system or user environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous, statistical information about visits to the site and whether it is functioning correctly. They are deleted immediately after processing. Subject to the use of navigation data to determine liability in cases of IT offences, the data on the web contacts are currently retained for no longer than seven days.
TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
With regard to your personal data, we inform you that you may exercise the rights provided for in section 15 et seqq. of Regulation (EU) 679/2016:
1. the right of access to the following information:
a. purposes of the processing,
b. categories of personal data being processed,
c. recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or are still being disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations,
d. the existence of a right to rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you or a right to object to such processing;
2. the right to correction, that is:
a. prompt correction of any inaccurate personal data concerning you,
b. completion of incomplete personal data, also by means of a supplementary declaration;
3. the right to the immediate deletion of data concerning you, if:
a. the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
b. the consent is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing,
c. you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for processing,
d. the personal data have been processed unlawfully,
e. the personal data must be deleted in order to fulfil a legal obligation,
f. the personal data have been collected in relation to information society services provided;
4. the right to limitation of processing:
a. if the accuracy of the personal data is disputed by the data subject for a period which enables the DPO to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
b. if processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to delete the personal data and instead requests the restriction of the use of the personal data;
c. if the data subject requires the personal data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, although the DPO no longer requires the personal data for the purposes of the processing,
d. the data subject opposes the processing by virtue of the right of opposition;
5. the right to receive the communication in connection with the correction or deletion of personal data or the restriction of processing;
6. the right to data transferability, i.e. to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, current and machine-readable format, and to transfer this data to another person responsible, provided that:
a. processing is based on consent given by the data subject for one or more specific purposes or on a contract concluded with the data subject; and
b. processing is carried out using automated methods;
7. the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you feel that the rights listed here have been infringed.
