Our story begins in 500 BC, when lemon juice was mixed with yogurt and milk to create a kind of sorbet. The fizzy version was another 2,500 years in the making, but it’s here now for humankind to enjoy. Even the name conjures the English word “soda,” that Italian dictionary expertly made more “bubbly” and “sparkling” in the translation “Spuma”. Plose Vintage Spuma pays tribute to those times, echoes an old and strictly secret recipe.

The most distinctly Italian in our line of summer drinks is Plose Vintage Spuma which can be consumed all year thanks to a top-secret but altogether genius mixure of herbal extracts.

Like other Vintage Plose drinks, Spuma’s character is defined by the meeting of the pure Dolomites and the best natural ingredients.
